Zusammenfassung
Beethoven offers several of his works to his publisher in Leipzig following a longer period of silence. A sonata (probably op. 101 which was not completed), the Variations op. 121a, Scottish Songs (we do not know which ones), a scene for Bass and Choruses (probably op. 113, no. 7) as well as a March with Chorus (op. 113, no. 6). He asks for 130 gold ducats in return.
He briefly tells them about himself and that he has taken on the guardianship of his nephew "because he is unfortunately morally also without a mother".
