Zusammenfassung
Beethoven sends his publisher further corrections for the original edition of the Piano Trios op. 70 and excuses the delay on account of ill health.
He suggests playing through the works once, so as to be able to find and avoid printing mistakes more easily in the future. Again he asks for proofs to be sent before printing so that he can correct them.
He is urgently waiting for a reply regarding the works he last sent (opp. 85, 86 and 72).
