Catalogue of works
Catalogue in which the works of a composer are listed with a short history of the genesis of each one and the most important sources. The Beethoven catalogue of works (Beethoven Werkverzeichnis) was edited by Georg Kinsky and Hans Halm, and published by G. Henle Verlag, Munich, in 1955. It encompasses all of Beethovens finished works. The first section lists all the works with opus number and the second those without opus numbers (WoO).
