Nice to know
In these "comments" Schindler explains why he considers the invoice of the doctor in attendance Dr. Seibert to be unreasonably high. He queries the number of doctor's visits written down - there are 90. The visits had mainly been very fleeting or just general enquiries, so that the patient had even complained about the doctor. There can only be a charge for six or seven doctor's consultations, all the others would not be considered to be such on closer inspection.
Seibert should be satisfied with 60 or at the most 65 visits.
