Beethoven asks Herr Hartmann to advertise his coming concert in the Österreichischer Beobachter on Ash Wednesday at the latest (the academy is to take place the Sunday afterwards). Apart from the already known Overture "Wellingtons Sieg" ("Wellington's Victory") op. 91, a "new not yet heard Symphony" op. 93 and the (supposedly) "new" terzet op. 116 will be performed.
