Beethoven continues the negotiations with Peters in Leipzig, begun in June 1822 (HCB BBr 35), and offers Peters the Bagatelles for Piano, a string quartet which is still to be composed (the work was never performed), Lieder, the Marches WoO 18, 19, 20 and 24 as well as the Missa solemnis op. 123. He also presses them for a decision regarding the publication of his complete works
