Nice to know

In the letter to his publisher Härtel Beethoven draws his attention to an enclosed document (possibly a copy of the annuity agreement), which shows us that he had discarded his plans to leave Vienna.

In addition he sends him the opus numbers and dedications for opp. 67, 68, 69 and 70, for which he mistakenly give the numbers 59-62. He also says that smaller corrections are on their way for the symphonies (op. 67 and op. 68).

Finally he mentions that Herr Stein (probably the pianist Friedrich Stein) is prepared to make an arrangement of the symphonies for two pianos. He asks whether this would be of interest to Breitkopf & Härtel, and if so, what their conditions would be.
