Nice to know

Beethoven writes to his friend Gleichenstein concerning the annuity. Gleichenstein played an important role in the negotiations and helped formulate the contract.

Beethoven asks him to write it out in full, outlining a few points which are important to him, for example the question of a title as the imperial music director.

He asks for his revised version by twelve o' clock the next day because he then has a meeting with Prince Kinsky. Kinsky was one of the patrons involved.
