Enclosed with the letter was a certificate for the piano concert of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in D minor that Czerny obviously obtained for publisher Peters. He also confirms his opinion concerning a pizzicato part in Beethoven's septet op. 20 although he "has no other argument but his memories of the past". However, there are no precise comments with regard to the obviously unclear part.
