Nice to know

Beethoven sends a corrected proof (no longer surviving) of the Sonata op. 109 back to his publisher Schlesinger in Berlin, complaining about the number of mistakes which he has found. He explains his corrections and asks for the work to be done more carefully in future. He also wishes Franz Lauska to proofread it carefully once again.
