Beethoven asks to obtain again the guardianship for his nephew Karl van Beethoven, given to Johanna van Beethoven, Karl's mother, and town sequestrator Nußböck. According to the reference on sheet 2 applicants Johanna van Beethoven and Leopold Nußböck are summoned to appear on December 7. The magistrate notes that a similar application has been submitted in September already. Therefore, there is no reason to withdraw the guardianship. A corresponding decision was made on December 27, 1819.
