Beethoven gives the London publisher Birchall right of ownership and the publishing rights for the piano reduction of op. 91, the piano reduction of the Seventh Symphony op. 92, the Trio op. 97 as well as the Violin Sonata op. 96 for the United Kingdom and Ireland, and agrees not to publish them in other countries until they have appeared in Great Britain.
The works for which Birchall paid 130 Dutch gold ducats, are listed singly with an incipit, a note to whom it is dedicated and the opus number (the Seventh Symphony bears the wrong one - op. 98).
