Nice to know

Beethoven apologizes to Wilhelm Christian Müller for not having kept their appointment. He is very busy as he has just moved. He will hear from Nannette Streicher how long Müller will remain in Vienna and hopes to be able to invite him on one of the following days.

The teacher and music writer Müller was on his way to Italy and had stopped in Vienna for a few weeks. He had met Beethoven twice during this stay and written about it in a book on his Italian journey.
