Silvesterkonzert

The young pianist Colin Pütz – born in 2007, based in Niederkassel and also known to Bonn audiences as the actor who played the young Beethoven in the film 'Louis van Beethoven' – began playing the piano at the age of five. He studies at the Cologne University of Music and Dance with Florence Millet and is a scholarship holder at the International Music Academy Liechtenstein. He has already performed with leading orchestras, including the WDR Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre National de Radio France under the baton of Cristian Macelaru and the Dresden Philharmonic. This year, he was awarded the prestigious Swiss piano prize Prix Serdang in recognition of his 'exceptional maturity and expressiveness' (according to curator Rudolf Buchbinder).
