- Anna Prohaska, soprano
- Julius Drake, piano
The thematic song recitals of the soprano Anna Prohaska, who is in international demand as both an opera and lieder singer, have long been legendary. With her piano partner Julius Drake, she has now set out in search of Paradise Lost, inspired by John Milton's 17th century masterpiece Paradise Lost. The selected songs from four centuries revolve around Eve and paradise, the fall of man, the expulsion and earthly life. Anna Prohaska takes the audience on a journey through the Garden of Eden. Julius Drake is one of the most important British song accompanists and chamber musicians.
