Composition Residency

In cooperation with the German National Academic Foundation, the Beethoven-Haus Bonn is awarding a five-week residency and work scholarship in composition for the 13th time in 2025. The scholarship enables promising young composers to work in exchange with their mentor in residence at the Beethoven-Haus. The works completed by the scholarship holders during their stay are presented to the public and premiered in a moderated final concert. Carlotta Rabea Joachim and Christoph Baumgarten were selected for this year's residency.
