Past exhibition

To mark the 200th anniversary of the premiere of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, a very special and inclusive exhibition will be shown in the Chamber Music Hall. The Japanese artist Mariko Tagashira takes a photographic approach to the White Hands Chorus Nippon. She photographed the sign language choir from Japan interpreting the 'Ode to Joy' from the 4th movement of the Ninth Symphony. At the same time, tactile images invite the viewer to feel the photos.
