Due to the heat, the museum will only be open in the mornings from 25 to 28 June 2026

Due to the forecast high temperatures, the opening hours of the museum at Beethoven’s birthplace will be amended: from Thursday 25 June up to and including Sunday 28 June, it will only be open from 10 am to 12 noon. The rooms in the listed Beethoven House are not air-conditioned. The early closing on these days is therefore in the interests of health and safety and out of a sense of responsibility towards visitors. Tickets already purchased will be refunded.

The shop, however, will remain open.
