Refunding of tickets

Due to the ongoing COVID 19 / Corona virus epidemic unfortunately all scheduled events, concerts, museum tours and education activities can not take place for the time being. This decree is good till cancelled. 

Tickets can be refunded after the scheduled events respectively. Information about how to claim any refunds are available here.
